When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. After placing your order, we will inform you of the estimated shipping and delivery date.
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from the Sustainable Lifestyle Shop Initiative depend upon the method and option you choose.
If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, then you will be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment.
If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, then we will charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment, as well as a per-item fee for each item.
Also note that the shipping rates for many items sold are weight-based. The weight for most items is provided on its product detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies that are typically used, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns
Items sold and fulfilled by the Sustainable Lifestyle Shop may only be returned with written approval from the seller. Shipping costs for the return of products will only be paid by the Sustainable Lifestyle Shop Initiative if it is the result of our error, for example if you have received an incorrect or defective item.
